Our Story

Riterly was built by a developer who kept losing the battle between knowing something and getting it published. The result is a writing tool that doesn't ask you to describe your voice — it reads your writing and figures it out. Your profile shapes every draft. Your voice stays yours.

Invitations Tab

The Invitations tab lets you send invitations to other users and track the status of invitations you have already sent.

Sending an Invitation

Enter the recipient's email address and click Send invitation. Riterly sends an email to that address containing a registration link. The expiry window for each invitation is shown next to it in the list.

Your account type determines how many invitations you can send. The tab shows your remaining invitation count.

Invitation Statuses

Each invitation in the list carries one of four statuses:

  • Pending — sent but not yet used
  • Accepted — the recipient has registered using the link
  • Expired — the link has passed its expiry window
  • Revoked — cancelled by you or an administrator before it was used

Resending an Invitation

Clicking Resend on a pending or expired invitation resets the expiry window and sends a new email to the recipient.

Revoking an Invitation

Clicking Revoke on a pending invitation cancels it before it is used. The recipient's link will no longer be valid.

When Invitations Are Unavailable

If the Invitations tab displays a message stating that invitations are not available, the system is currently operating in a registration mode that does not permit user-to-user invites. In this case, contact your account administrator for access.

If something you need to change is not available on this page — email address, account type, or registration mode — contact Riterly support directly.
