The Account tab has three sections: Your Name, Change Password, and Account Type.
Your Name
Your first and last name are editable here. Enter your preferred first and last name and click Save name. Last name is optional. Your email address appears on this page but is read-only — if you need to change it, contact Riterly support.
Change Password
To change your password, enter your current password, then enter your new password twice in the fields provided, and submit. The change takes effect immediately. No confirmation email is sent.
If you have forgotten your current password, do not use this section — use the Forgot your password? link on the login screen instead.
Account Type
This field shows your current account status: Trial, Subscribed, or another type as applicable. If your account is on a trial, the trial end date is displayed here. This field is read-only and cannot be changed from Settings. For questions about your account type, contact support.
